B

Website

● Live nowdredans-landscaping.pages.dev

One-page quote site — hero, 8 services, service area, why-us, quote form, and a sticky mobile call bar. "Modern Blade" logo (sprout + check) wired throughout, SEO + LocalBusiness schema baked in.

Built

  • Deployed live today to Cloudflare Pages
  • Quote form → Supabase leads, with text/email fallback so no lead is lost pre-wiring
  • "Our Work" gallery that looks intentional while empty, auto-fills when photos drop in
  • Full vector logo kit + favicon

Scheduling & Routing App

● Live nowthe real asset · v16

Jordan's daily driver — an installable phone app on his real book of ~35 yards. Routes, money, crew pay, and an owner-only control layer. Aesthetic locked to "Canopy" liquid glass.

Built

  • Route view — embedded map, Maps multi-stop link, swipe-to-done
  • Week agenda + Month money meter (revenue / take-home / hours)
  • Yards CRUD, Leads (call → quote → won), Crew + per-person day view
  • Owner Tools — Money, Owed (mark-paid + SMS reminders), passcode lock, client phonebook
  • Real pay model: owner keeps yard price, helper flat $20/yard
  • Geographic routing weeks (North / West), home base geocoded

Google Business Profile + SEO

Prep done · needs Jordan

The free-traffic engine. Everything Jordan needs to claim and rank is written and staged — the only piece left is the verification step only he can do (it's tied to his Google login).

Built

  • GBP content pack — copy-paste categories, services, description, hours
  • Trust playbook — verify → 100% complete → 4–6 week reviews/posts/Q&A loop
  • SEO blueprint — NAP, city pages, full LocalBusiness JSON-LD
  • Website SEO-hardened: fixed dead phone links, schema, sitemap, robots
  • Business line confirmed: (770) 658-9753 · dredanslandscaping@gmail
D

Pricing, Winter & Upsells

Deliveredstrategy layer

The money strategy under the whole operation — how to price, how to survive winter, and where the real margin hides.

Built

  • Service catalog — frequency premium, 3 tiers, winter survival menu
  • Upsell engine — "already at this yard → offer X" seasonal triggers
  • Yard-profitability model — effective $/hr, Green / Yellow / Red clients
  • Key levers: annual flat-rate billing, fert/weed program, route density
E

Thumbtack → Review Harvest

Prepped · needs GBP

The play that kills the Thumbtack lead-tax: turn Jordan's existing 30 clients into Google reviews. No Thumbtack login needed — he just texts his own people.

Built

  • Harvest kit — strategy, message templates, timing
  • Tracker seeded with 24 clients, warmest-first
  • Thumbtack audit checklist for when Jordan's present
To wrap it up

What's left — and who owns it

Cleanly split: the things only Jordan can do in one sit-down, and the technical pieces that finish on our side.

Needs Jordan One sit-down

1
Verify the Google Business ProfileLongest lead — log in under the dedicated Gmail, run video/text/postcard verify. Unlocks reviews + the whole free-traffic engine.
2
Confirm pricing detailsActual rates, whether he runs a fert/weed program, what he subs out.
3
Start the review dripFill client phone numbers, send 2–4 review texts/day once GBP is live. Run the Thumbtack audit together.

Our side Technical finish

1
Register dredanslandscaping.comPoint it at the live site + app once decided.
2
Wire SupabaseShared leads table for site + app; flips localStorage to real backend.
3
Render real photosHero + 6 gallery shots — prompts already written, just needs the image run.
4
App data clean-upTwo map pins, Lucas's price, Derick's quote, turn on the passcode.
Critical path: GBP verification is the one domino — it's the longest lead and it unblocks the review engine (Fork E). Everything else can land in parallel. Get Jordan in a chair for 30 minutes and the project closes out.
